It has worked for other political activists. Every little bit helps. Keep those cards, letters, emails, phone calls and visits going. There are too many of us to ignore if we yell loud enough.

I saw online that there was a rally tomorrow at 12-3 in Columbia at the state building... Guns Across America is the name of this one.
