Smith 41s,while great guns,have become pretty pricey and have always been ammo picky.For what you get for the money its hard to beat Rugers.

The drive up there will be much more dangerous than the hunt.I have hunted that area since 1967 and it is safe.

I usually use Kroil,Sweets and JB paste but I used some of the new Hoppes Elite and have been pretty impressed with it.
