I'm up every day at 3:30 am. That's the time I get up to go to work all week and my internal clock wakes me up at that time every day.

Same here! I get up at 1:30, 3:30 or 5am depending on what time I have to go in!
Was up until 1:30 last night baking bread for today's Easter dinner.

Got to get up at 1:30 for tomorrow but it's a paid holiday! Triple time for 12 hrs plus 10% shift premium! It's gonna be a good day

I emphasize with the hip. Had my left one replaced end of November. Helped a lot. Now I wake up for different reasons
