Anybody installed an Aftec Extractor?

I am working on my dvc 9mm open gun

How much material do you have to remove from the firing pin stop plate for it to pivot corrrctly.

Did you use one spring or two, compressed or in stock form
Any help is appreciated

I hate them as they are non adjustable and all breach faces are not the same dia. I use caspian as they last almost forever and work.

Bench test works well..I didn't know I could be so crafty with a hacksaw blade

Buy 2 extractors for the price of one aftec. Tune both, put one in bag. Done. Ive found no need to install one in my trubor.

No..I was shooting so damn fast trying to beat Tony, it finally gave up. So I had to dq him instead

I honestly don't know how to handle a legit gunsmith on his forum giving earnest, non-sarcastic answers.

Every time someone buys a new 2011 I seem to here something like......"oh, you have to install an aftec extractor", dunno why, but they are fairly popular over here.
