AR Pistol Upper 7.5" PSA

I have a 7.5" PSA upper for sale. It has been function fired twice. It is chambered in "Multi" meaning 55.6 or .223, M-Loc rails.
Optic, BCG and Charging Handle and lower are not included.
I am asking $250 + shipping.
