The group whose training i follow are big into making head shots. That is one of the reasons for putting optics on your carry pistol. They are very concerned with terrorist the possibility of explosive vests. The thought being that a head shot will prevent them from pushing a button. Well I am at the movement more concerned with body armor.
Shoot for the pelvic arch. I think that's what Cirillo used to do. He found it extremely effective.
