Thanks to the support of all of you, we won our public appeal hearing and the Benton County Planning Commission's decision was reversed!

The 3 JPs voted unanimously to approve our permit for Large Scale Development just outside of Centerton, AR.
We certainly want to thank and acknowledge every one of you who took the time to sign our petition, share your comments, and help to circulate the petition on your own personal websites and Facebook walls.
We hope that you will come and visit us soon at Nighthawk Custom Training Academy and enjoy the fruits of your labor. And we want to assure everyone that the safety of our neighbors and our patrons is and always has been of utmost concern to us.
One last favor. We ask that you email the JPs who presided over our case and thank them. Let them know that they made the right decision and that you appreciate that they came to the public hearing with open minds and having educated themselves on all the nuances of this case with proper research and background information.
