I bought my Taylors & Co Ridge Runner 1886 .45-70 lever action online because it's kind of a pain to find locally.

PSA may need it's own category, but I would put it closer to an LGS than a chain.

PSA is an LGS with several locations, sounds like a chain to me.

I don't buy from Buds or Gunbroker.
I've never been comfortable with that whole arrangement. Always LGS. I do think guns aren't in as big of a demand..which happens.

All of my guns, but one, have been Bud's or Grab a gun. Shipping is pretty good for both and I have not had a problem with either.
Generally when I decide I want/need something, the want is very specific. Rarely do I find it available locally. Yes, I could order locally but then there is sales tax.
