3 Gun Match Videos

This is my 5th 3 gun match. I had no penalties for the day except a FTE cause I ran out of shotgun ammo on one stage... oops! So I learned I need to go faster on most things until I start getting some penalties I guess (not to be confused with pulling the trigger faster). Also, I learned what port arms is lmao. I also learned that I can NOT hit static shotgun targets without a cheek weld... its just not possible and it ruined my match!

man that is an awesome run you put together, your shotgun is freaky fast, greg jordan absolutely destroyed the pistol plates but just goes to show that smooth is fast

It didn't seem that awesome when I shot it. I only had two make ups on the rifle which was as good as anyone else. I think Garcia and Butler where the only two faster on rifle than I was. The shotgun is where I killed it. Only Horner kept up with me there. I shot the pistol ok. Started good then missed 4-5 times and had to slow way down and go 1/1 and avoid running out of ammo. I used every bullet in my pistol. Gun was dry when I showed clear!

The rifle seems to be the make or break in a lot of the shoot off stuff you guys do. It seems to be the biggest decider in the 50k shoot offs for sure. Id put that big check up on my bedroom ceiling and stare at it... you prolly got a mirror up there though aaaaahahahha

This was my 6th match and I learned a ton, if you dont ask the better shooters a lot of questions and closely watch them shoot stages you are a fool. I learned not to battle it out with a prop that doesnt work right to start with... just engage and move on and you will be better off. I learned places to go faster and places to throttle back. Should you check to see if your steel fell when you hit it.?.?.?. i guess.... i have mixed feelings about that, I just want to call shots and if I know I made a good shot move on.... but the risk is that you call your shot on steel and the target doesnt fall even if you hit and you get a penalty...anyone have thoughts on that???

Damn for a minute there I thought in the beginning of that stage you had to shoot a hole in your shotgun stock with your rifle.

OMG I have managed to edit something... it is definately not a JT production but it is better than watching a minute of useless crap before the shooting begins on every stage! This was fun, it was a small crowd but it was still fun to "win" tac limited. I wasn't the fastest but a lot of people got penalties so I just kinda coasted through the day with no penalites and got a W. I had just got back my XDM the day before from PRP and I got the extreme trigger job so everytime I went to take up the slack in the trigger it fired which made me have to have a lot of makeups which fired prematurely too lol.

North Texas Multigun Sunday 4-27. The regular top shooters took the day off so I got my first tac ops win! Thanks guys. We had a bunch of new shooters and they did a great job and had a lot of fun. Good stages and I shot my best match so far. Only a handful of penalties and I didn't go brain dead in any stage!
